THE TRES ROSAS POLO CLUB

 

WHO WE ARE:
The club was created in early 2006. It's founding members were John Morton, Nick Williams, Dominick Mahony and Ricardo Recio Espejo. It registered over well 100 people with the Spanish Polo Federation during 2006 and played several low goal tournaments. In 2007 we plan to go forward from strength to strength - building on the firm foundations established during 2006.

OUR AIMS ARE:
To create an exciting new POLO CLUB based in Sotogrande on the Costa del Sol in Southern Spain. Offering affordable 'Low Goal' polo to players both living in Andalusia and visitors from overseas.
A group of like-minded people wish to offer the opportunity to those who wish to play traditional polo - as it used to be a few years ago. Friends and their families getting together to enjoy the game of polo.

SUMMARY:
Where we play.
We are based in Sotogrande and are planning to organise and play LOW GOAL tournaments in several locations - Sotogrande, Jimena, Jereth, Saville and other locations in the province of Andalusia.

Our aims for the 2007 season:.
We envisage tournaments of no more than a maximum of '3 goals' and with players of a maximum of 2 goal handicap participating - therefore offering AFFORDABLE polo for everyone.

We will be offering the unique opportunity for existing players and newcomers alike - from Spain, all E.U. countries and indeed any part of the world to come and play at a variety of venues throughout Andalusia

Family participation .
The club has been set up with the aim of making polo in Andalusia a family sport. Where all family members will be able to participate in the various aspects of this wonderful and exciting game of polo!.
